Clare Lynch is our graphic designer for this project.
The essomenia logo is based on the hands of a clock as it turns full
circle: a basic and man-made representation of time passing. The motif
then expanded to reflect some of the ideas behind Marshall McLuhan’s
extensions of man. How technology enters our environment, lifestyles
and consciousness… and how we have predicted, interpreted and
assimilated it into society.
Clare studied design at Chelsea College of Art and typography at
London College of Printing. She then went on to gain BA in Visual
Communications at IADT. She works as a freelancer and in-house graphic
designer at the Abbey Theatre.
